This was a project I got from the Australian Eggs Organization. I was responsible for both photography and videography along with editing the highlight video for the event as well. There were actually two parts to the whole event. The first one was the presentation session where a couple of speakers did their presentations for about half an hour each. My job was to record each presentation separately for them while taking some pictures. I recorded the audio separately and placed my mic behind a pillar corner near the speakers. You can see a picture of me below walking out after checking the audio.

For the second part, it was a networking period where the participants were allocated time to freely talk and connect with each other. This was when I captured the footage for the highlight video. I used 3 cameras, including my Zcam, Sony a6300, and my smartphone, Sony Xperia 5 III. I actually did not know what the event was going to look like and how much space there was prior to the event as they could not really provide me with many details as well. So, I asked my friend to help as a trainee. It ended up not as hectic as I expected but it was good to have him as a backup.

I would say the final highlight video is not the best because there were not many activities for me to capture but I do like many shots of the footage regardless. I mainly used the footage from my Zcam and only a few from my a6300 and Xperia 3 III. It was a good experience and the event was really informative as well.
