This was my first time visiting Lesmurdie Falls, and it was for a small naturalistic photoshoot.

Karmanya and I did a small photoshoot at Lesmurdie Falls. It was my first time going to a waterfall in Australia. I was so excited and looking forward to the shoot. Karmanya was very nice, kind, and fun to work with. She even gave me a lift from my place to the Falls together, because I don't drive, apparently. I use my beloved Lumix S5IIx and a wireless flash with a diffusing umbrella on. This was my second time doing an outdoor shoot with Flash. It was absolutely magnificent. I had a lot of fun taking the pictures, despite the very rocky and slippery path we were taking. The wind actually blew my flash over and bent the umbrella, but that was fine. It still worked.. I also tried to use the DiCapac WS-10 waterproof case for cameras, but it was pretty tricky and difficult to work with. I, in the end, just gave up. lol. I really thank Karmanya for having me as her photographer and gave me an opportunity to visit the Falls. I also did a few wide shots in which I had to remove the flash in photoshop be cause it needed to be there for the lighting.

Gear I used: Lumix S5IIx, Sigma 50mm f1.4, YN 560 II + diffusing umbrella, Godox wireless flash trigger
